Neal Communities Expands into Lee and Collier Counties

Neal Communities (www.nealcommunities.com) has begun its homebuilding business expansion into Lee and Collier counties. Neal has joined forces with Cameratta Companies to develop a project in Estero to build 120 paired villas. Opening is planned for early 2013. In addition to this project, Neal Communities’ president, Pat Neal, is also in negotiations to purchase additional parcels of land in Fort Myers and Naples in 2012. All operations will initially be run through Neal Communities’ current headquarters in Manatee County, but the company is planning to open a Lee-Collier based office in the next six months.
