ACCOLADES

Paul A. Sharff was elected chairman of the board of the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority.

Dr. Danuta Fabisiak, a psychiatrist at Manatee Memorial Hospital, received the "Golden Quill Award" from the hospital for her book, The Thorn Hearts.
